LIFE: The Great Challenge - by Royce B. McClure
- FIRST INDIVIDUAL TO COMPLETE IN IRAN
- SECOND IN IRAN - FIRST IN THE TOWN OF MASHHAD
December 19, 2008
Neda Torabi - Mashhad, Iran.
Assembled between 22 August 2008 and 19 December 2008.
Two years ago I saw this puzzle on a puzzle house site. I became so
interested in getting and making it. I have completed many puzzles up to
now but I'd like to assemble this large and fantastic puzzle also. When I
sent an e-mail to the puzzle house and asked for the puzzle they said they
can not send it because they do not have shipping to Iran. So I asked one
of my friends in Canada to bring it for me while coming back to Iran. So I
received the puzzle late. I am sure that if I had received it sooner I had
the chance to be one of the firsts who completed the puzzle in the world. I
completed this puzzle in 5 months. It should be mentioned that I did not do
that continuously. Since this puzzle was so miscellaneous, I enjoyed a lot
assembling it.
The easiest part of the puzzle was the left part and the most difficult
part of that was the right part including the lost city. In my opinion the
most beautiful part was the lowest part of the puzzle which actually shows
the world of the sea and the fishes. It really causes the person to think
deeply about the world under the sea. I am sure that if some day in the
future I see a puzzle larger than this in the market I will welcome
challenging for that too.
Finally, I congratulate to all who have completed this fantastic puzzle.
I also thank my husband for supporting me during completing this puzzle.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely yours
Neda Torabi
